Public Services
The Elvira Badaracco Foundation Library was established in 1979 (formerly the Center for Historical Studies) with a significant core of texts on the women’s political movement and was subsequently enriched with works from various disciplines.
It has long been a node of the Lilith Network and provides guided access to women’s documentation available on the web, in addition to offering a reference service for the creation of thematic bibliographies.
Having joined the National Library Service – SBN in 2018, it allows for the consultation of titles at the Lombard Regional SBN Pole – OPAC address, by selecting the Elvira Badaracco Foundation Library Milan from the drop-down menu.
Finally, it guarantees free and open consultation of its heritage consisting of:
- monographs
- Italian and foreign journals
- sound recordings
