Subject: documentary produced for the electoral campaign of June 20, 1976, dedicated to women’s issues and therefore addressed to the female electorate. It consists primarily of interviews with women on central issues of the women’s question: voting, equal opportunities, employment, abortion, their rights, and so forth. It is edited with important archival footage of women’s struggles and demonstrations they led; there is also archival material relating to the 1946 elections (in which the Republic won) with Palmiro Togliatti voting; a demonstration for the advancement of the PCI in the elections of June 15, 1975, in which Enrico Berlinguer gave a speech.
