Subject: first documentary on a rape trial broadcast by RAI. The injured party in the filmed trial was an 18-year-old woman, Fiorella (surname withheld), who reported four men in their forties for gang rape, including Rocco Vallone, an acquaintance. The trial was complicated by the fact that the victim knew the principal defendant and showed no signs of beatings or mistreatment. Attorney Tina Lagostena Bassi served as counsel for the civil plaintiff.
