Subject: starting from the female models proposed by the cultural industry—cinema stars and models from fashion weeklies—the documentary seeks its protagonists among factory workers, peasant women, home-based workers, day laborers, migrants, and housewives; among elderly women and very young girls who take care of housework and childcare while their mothers are at work; workers participating in trade union struggles to defend their jobs, against dismissals, against exploitation in factories and the countryside, and against the use of home-based work to violate labor laws; workers participating in struggles for peace, for the defense of freedom and democracy, alongside all democratic and progressive citizens.
